    Metal can, oval shaped, taller than it is wide. Label on all sides except bottom. Lid has indentations where part of lid has holes for shaking out contents. Main label: "Security Remedy Company's Antiseptic Healing Powder for Animal Use", "Price 25 cents prepared only by Security Remedy Co. Minneapolis, Minn. U.S. Serial No. 1595". Handwritten in pencil: "2 for 35". Label giving directions for use on back.

  18. Carving - 1972-0001-0001

    Wooden Chain: made from a single piece of redwood. Hand Carved by an early logger, "Logger's art". At one time it was eight feet long. At each end of chain is a 190mm. long rectangle, pointed at one end of each chain, link at the other end. All links in the chain are 20mm. wide and deep. Every link has a leaf carved on it plus other designs.

    Cradle. Attributed to Pomo. Collected Sherwood Valley. Baby cradle of willow shoot warp and butcher twine weft. One strand wound weave with split shoot under twine. Cordage is long, to tie in baby with cotton fabric straps (green and white print, machine stitched) as ties; shoulder straps of twine have metal ring for attachment at bottom. 45 cm long, 18 cm deep, 34 cm wide
